Six easy ways to eat more fruit
- Stir grated apple or mashed banana into porridge.
- Put chopped fresh or tinned fruit on top of breakfast cereal.
- Make fruit kebabs by chopping fresh fruit into cubes and putting onto skewers. Kids love helping to make (and eat) these!
- Make smoothies with banana and your favourite fruit.
- Cut up lots of different fruit to make fruit salad or a colourful fruit platter for dessert.
- Bake apples, pears or bananas for dessert or to eat with breakfast.
