Fruity frozen yoghurt ice blocks

Cool off this summer with a tasty home made ice block. You can make ice blocks with all your favorite fruity flavors.
  • Try one of these delicious fruity ice blocks:
  • __Mango:__
  • 500grams low-fat yogurt
  • 1 can mango, drained (or 1 fresh mango, chopped)
  • __Strawberry and banana:__
  • 500grams low-fat yogurt
  • 1 punnet of strawberries, washed and tops removed
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • __Watermelon:__
  • 500grams low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups chopped watermelon
  • sprig of mint
  1. 1. Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. Poor into ice block moulds and freeze.
- If you don’t have a blender or a stick blender mash and mix all ingredients in a bowl. - Each recipe makes approximately 6 ice blocks depending on the size of your moulds.
