Watermelon iceblocks
These frozen treats will be a hit with everyone on hot summer days.
Ingredients
half a seedless watermelon
iceblock sticks
Method
1. Remove the skin from the watermelon using a sharp knife. Make sure you remove all the white rind too.
2. Slice the watermelon into triangles that are about two centimetres thick.
3. Lay the watermelon out on baking paper (or a tray), and insert an iceblock into the base of each slice.
4. Freeze for at least two hours. If you can't wait that long, the iceblocks might not be frozen through (but they'll still taste good!).
Notes
You can round the edges to make the triangles look more like ice blocks if you like.
