Yoghurt parfait

Perfect for an after-school treat that the kids can make themselves. This parfait is also fantastic when you need a quick dessert for a celebration. Don't get put off if grapes and strawberries are too expensive - use any canned or fresh fruit that is low-cost at the markets or supermarket.
  • 16 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 12 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  1. 1. Use clear gasses or small bowls to assemble the parfaits.
  2. 2. Put a tablespoon of yoghurt in each glass, then top with the grapes.
  3. 3. Continue layering with yoghurt and fruit until the glass or bowl is full, using four tablespoons of yoghurt in each glass.
