- 16 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup grapes, cut in half
- 12 strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1. Use clear gasses or small bowls to assemble the parfaits.
- 2. Put a tablespoon of yoghurt in each glass, then top with the grapes.
- 3. Continue layering with yoghurt and fruit until the glass or bowl is full, using four tablespoons of yoghurt in each glass.
