Healthy ambrosia

A delicious fruit and yoghurt dessert with a tasty marshmallow twist.
Ingredients
  • - 1 kilogram low-fat yoghurt (any flavour)
  • - 1 small tin pineapple in juice, drained
  • - 1 tin boysenberries, drained
  • - 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • - 1 cup marshmallows, chopped
Method
  1. 1. Gently stir all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
  2. 2. Chill for about 2 hours and serve.
Notes
You can use any combination of fresh or canned fruit for this recipe.
